Books about mental health in the CCNY Libraries

If you are struggling with mental health issues, you are not alone! In addition to counseling and seeking support from people who care about you, books about mental health can provide understanding and insight that you may find helpful.

Setting the resource types to books helps because it makes the list of results more likely to include resources that offer advice to ordinary people. Most research articles are not meant to give advice, but rather to study things from a clinical perspective to add to an academic discussion.

Always feel free to ask a librarian if you can't find resources about what you want to know.
