Finding Materials in the Library
- Search the City College OneSearch Catalog to find materials in the Cohen Library’s collections. Reference librarians are available to assist you with searches.
- To limit results, use the facets in the sidebar to the right of your search results. More search options are available under Advanced Search in OneSearch.
Research Help
- Reference help is available in-person at the Reference Desk, on the 2nd floor of the Cohen Library. See the schedule of Reference Desk hours here.

- Schedule a one-on-one reference consultation by filling out a request form on the library website.
Computers
Computers are available at the Cohen Library on the 1st & 2nd floors.
- 1st floor computers require CCNY login. The 1st floor is run by CCNY IT. For information on software, printing, & more, see their website here.
- 2nd floor computers do not require a CCNY login, and are available to use by the public as well as the CCNY community.
Print & Scan
Printers are available at the Cohen Library on the 1st floor.
- Printing on the 1st floor is free for CCNY students. The 1st floor is run by CCNY IT. For information on printing see their website here.
Scanners are available at the Cohen Library on the 2nd floor.
- Scanning is free.
- Documents can be transferred to a USB drive or uploaded to email or any cloud-based storage service.
