Information Literacy Instruction Request Form

**NOTE** If you are requesting instruction for multiple sections, please submit separate requests for each section. If you would like multiple sessions for one section, include those details in the notes field.

CCNY librarians will teach 75-minute online information literacy classes through a combination of asynchronous material and synchronous class time via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or BlackBoard Collaborate.

Once your request has been received, the Information Literacy Librarian will forward it to the appropriate librarian who will then schedule your class directly with you. In order to best serve you and your students, library classes must be scheduled at least a week in advance.

Please direct any other information literacy questions to the Information Literacy Librarian: Prof. Riley-Reid via e-mail at trileyreid@ccny.cuny.edu, or see our FAQ here https://library.ccny.cuny.edu/instructionalservices/faq.

To request a class, please fill out the form below. If you prefer to open the form in a new window, click here.
