Books and scores are arranged according to the Library of Congress Classification scheme: Class M for Music and Books about Music.
The music library's collection has an extensive collection of scores including vocal and orchestral scores, chamber music, transcriptions, fake-books and popular and folk sheet music.
Scores are housed in the lower level of the music library and arranged according to the Library of Congress Classification scheme. Most scores may be checked out for the same loan periods as books.
