Libraries Support Distance Learning

With the move to distance instruction, CCNY Libraries have also moved many of our services online. We are committed to providing support to our academic community during this time. While you can see details about all of our services here, below are some highlights.

Everyone: Get help from a librarian

Library reference help is available online in a variety of formats.

• Cohen library is offering virtual (chat or email) reference here.
• Real time chat during the following hours:
  • Monday-Thursday 9am-9pm
  • Friday 9am-6pm
  • Saturday-Sunday 12noon-6pm

• Architecture students and faculty can contact the Architecture Library here.
• Dominican Studies Institute Library help is available here.
• CWE help is available here.
• You can also request a more extensive consultation at reference@ccny.cuny.edu, and a librarian will get in touch about scheduling a phone call or video conference.
