RefWorks is a web-based bibliographic management tool. It allows you to save an unlimited number of references, full-text, and other research materials, and create both in-text citations and bibliographies.

You must create an account using your CCNY email address, and then link your account to the College. Go to the A-Z Databases List and look under "R" and follow the directions for signing up.

Zotero is, at the most basic level, a reference manager. It is designed to store, manage, and cite bibliographic references, such as books and articles. In Zotero, each of these references constitutes an item. More broadly, Zotero is a powerful tool for collecting and organizing research information and sources.

Zotero is free and open source software.
