Sponsored by the American Chemical Society, the University of Pennsylvania, and the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, the Chemical Heritage Foundation is a national history center devoted to the chemistry and related molecular sciences and industries.
Besides these sources, the City College Science/Engineering Library also has many books on the history of chemistry. These books are in our circulating collection in the call number (shelf number) range QD11 to QD18.

Established in 1937, SHAC is one of the oldest organizations dedicated to the study of the history of the chemical sciences. The site includes links to news, event announcements, and the official journal of the Society, Ambix.
